The online ticket booking service is very simple to use. Those of you, who have already used internet product purchase services or other internet services, shall not need the following instructions. You can simply go to the reservation form.

The minimum booking period required before the departure is 5 days.

Step 1: Route selection

  • Choose the type of reservation (one way ticket or round trip)
  • Choose the Departure Port, the Destination Port, the departure Date and the return Date (if there is one); complete the number of passengers (up to 6 persons) and of the vehicles (if there are any).
  • Click on "Search" to see the available routes.
  • Choose your preferable departure and click on "Continue".
  • Attention: If you wish to return with a different company, please complete a new reservation form and make sure that you mark 0 € in the "delivery way" field. This way, you shall not be charged again with ticket delivery expenses.

Step 2: Place selection

Complete the passengers’ and the vehicles’ particulars. The 4-bedded cabins are divided in men and women cabins, if you wish to make a reservation for 4 beds. Attention: For more than 6 persons, please make a supplementary reservation. After having completed the particulars of the 7th, the 8th etc. passenger, make sure that you have marked 0 € in the "delivery way" field. This way you shall not be charged again with ticket delivery expenses. Click on "See the Cost".

Step 3: Pricing

See the value of the reservation that you are about to make.

Click on "Continue" to proceed.

Step 4: Passengers

Complete the communication information. Here you can be informed on the total sum that is going to be charged on your credit card. Ticket cost, service fee & delivery expenses.

The delivery expenses depend on the delivery way that you shall choose.

Choose the way of delivery that you prefer and its cost shall be added to your charge.

By clicking on "Reservation Now" you shall be transferred to the safe Winbank web site, to confirm your reservation and to charge your credit card.

Step 5: Communication information

See the value of the reservation that you are about to make.

Click on "Continue" to proceed.

Complete the form with your credit card’s particulars to complete the reservation. After that, you shall receive a message confirming your reservation though e-mail.

If you do not receive it, contact us by email the soonest possible.

After having completed the abovementioned process, we shall proceed to the issue and the delivery of your tickets.
